Startet nicht
Nach dem letzten Update startet die App nicht mehr auf meinem iPhone 14 Pro.
Gute App!
Die App ist leicht verständlich & intuitiv bedienbar. Die verschiedenen Einstellmöglichkeiten & die Identifikation der einzelnen Leuchten über die App gefallen mir sehr gut.
Inzwischen richtig gut!
Ein mächtiges System, das inzwischen sehr ausgereift ist.
Übel
Die Leuchten machen was sie wollen, mal reagieren sie auf Bewegung mal nicht, die App verliert sie und findet sie nicht wieder - wozu soll das gut oder hilfreich sein. Da sehnt man sich nach den Einstellrädchen an der Lampe, App-Steuerung macht das Leben nicht besser.
Schlecht
Instabil, verschachteltes UI, nightmatic Zeiten löschen sich, Firmwareupdate geht nicht da da der Sensor nicht gefunden wird obwohl man mit ihm verbunden ist regulär. Viel Luft nach oben noch…

Nie wieder Steinel
Seit Update funktionslos
Habe eine Spot One Connect auf die neue App geupdated. Jetzt geht gar nichts mehr. Weder die Spot One Connect noch eine RS 200 SC werden per Bluetooth gefunden. Die Lampen bleiben dauerhaft dunkel – nicht so schön im Bereich einer Treppe.
Steinel App
Leider funktioniert die angepriesene Nachtabschaltung noch kann ich Timer Zeiten einstellen. Nach telefonischer Rückfrage im Support vor 3 Wochen - in einer Woche wird ein Update die Probleme lösen - kam aber kein Update ☹️
Ganz schlechter Service
Ich habe jetzt die zweite Aussenleuchte L 40 SC erhalten, nachdem die erste bereits bei Anlieferung, nach Rücksprache mit dem technischen Service, wohl defekt war und sich nicht in der App über Bluetooth verbinden lies. Nun lässt sich auch die im Austausch gelieferte L 40 SC nicht über Bluetooth mit der App verbinden. Nach Rücksprache mit dem technischen Kundendienst sollte ich die L 40 SC in der App, in der das Produkt überhaupt nicht erkannt wird, zurücksetzen. Laut Aussage des Mitarbeiters hatte man solch einen Fall noch nicht und man vermutet, dass auch diese Lampe defekt ist. Also erfolgt auch hier eine Rücksendung an Steinel.
