Found 2 purchases for myth cards that I never made and got a refund from Apple. Company band my enter to the game unless I paid in full the refunded amount. Even though I had purchased other items, I can no longer enter the game and use them. This is a pay to win game
I just started playing, and next day my character vanishes with only traces. Dev's say they fixed it but I among others still are unable to access their original characters. so upset, I already bought and earned a number of clothes, mounts and accessories too!
Si vous voulez perdre vos personnages go foncé lol même après achat avec la carte tu ferme le jeu et hop quand tu reviens plus moyens de reprendre ton personnage alors c'est terminé pour moi je ne le recommande aucunnement, jeux de bots, achats à gogo et trop de bugs voilà 👌
After registering my account to email, I just spent 4 hours building my character. Signed out - then signed back in to find my character deleted / all progress completely gone suggesting I start on different server. Tried contacting support but their online form requires a character file on the selected server - nice. What a waste of time, and VERY frustrating launch experience.
Waited for this game for so long and it’s disappointment. Auto features are making this game unplayable.
i lost my accout and hundreds of dollars all gone. i leave for a month and everything gone. i put my money and time on this game to when i come back everything is gone a pay to win game that gets your money and erase you if you are not constant with the game. im sad and desappointed. i dont recomend the game
After spending money in game and being overcharged and being able to prove it. I spent and email to support, support was unprofessional, told me every looks good all charges the final. So this is a real shady company, I cannot recommend any games they make. Clearly they’re involved in some shady practices. This game should removed from the App Store. I don’t know how it’s legally still there.
