App is lagging, and don’t count my steps

I have 16000steps, but in app I see only step points, not coin.

It is really working

Site under maintenance when I click the Developer’s Site. There’s no way to sign up please add this option on the app.

I can’t open the stepchain. And I never open the gift card I can’t open the Stepchain all week It’s loading and not open but I never didn’t get the gift cards from that app it’s always was wrong something 8/4/24 I can’t open the stepchain it’s loading and not opening 4/11/24 I can’t open the app and I never didn’t get a money from that app 5/8/24 I can’t open the app 5/10/24

I give this app 1 out of 5 star because I reach out my point but I can’t get reward lie lie lie

I really enjoyed this app when it was working. I was looking forward to earning a gift card and was about to cash in when the app stopped loading. I had over $300 in my account and now I can’t access it. I contacted app support over a month ago and never got a response. Very frustrating and disappointed!

I tried multiple times to make the app count my apple health steps but I kept walking for hours but nothing on the data base
