Every time I load the app up it says I need to update it, but there is nothing to update, can you fix it please ?

Update?? Can't update my app? What do I do

When I open that app and it kept saying that it needed to be updating and even when it is done and went back to app and nothing work and all I have received is same please updated... so please please fix it. Since I been waiting to get in on that app so I can pace an order for me! Thank you

I’ve had this app for sometime now and it used to work. Now every time I open it I get a message saying it needs to be updated. However, it doesn’t update! And the developer obviously doesn’t care because other users have the same problem and a solution has not been provided and there’s no response from the developer. So regrettably I will delete it and source my underwear another way. Too bad though, I enjoyed it while it lasted.

The app opens and shows an update but the app won’t update to be used.

Every time I order from steveneven I have no problems with the app and no problems with the service. Keep up the good work.... just tried to update and app doesn’t work.
