A mess of native app and web pages accessed via the app that kind of work sometimes. But mostly don’t. Sometimes you’re getting logged out to use a feature. Or documents simply don’t download and you have to kill the app because there’s no timeout. Or you reopen it after doing something else and it’s just a white screen. Feels like a bunch of project managers have utterly failed to comprehend how a banking app should work. Update: the developers response, suggesting I “uninstall and reinstall the app” is hilariously telling about how the app is managed by St George. I’m criticising the app and its UX guys. It’s a badly written app, not an issue logging in or some cache needing clearing.
