I pay too much to all pack of this game. But when my ID have bug. They don’t know how to fix. I contact with them and they only said they try to fix. But after 1 month, my ID still have bug. They don’t fix it, no compesation, no refund

How much money did I deposit (1 million VND) after 3 days of playing the game, the phone started to lag (I use iPhone XSM) the event was not possible to participate in the game's levels, I couldn't pass the level, I was stuck at the level. After deleting the game, I couldn't log in, the old character had to play completely new even though I had already connected it to my Apple account. Scam
