If I were to describe it using a word from the app, it would be “Ostranenie”: Presenting unfamiliar objects in a way that appears familiar. This is actually a description of what you need to do in order to play the game: present the stuff that doesn’t look like any legitimate words, or letters, in a way that makes sense, or that it all, like the game goes, snaps together.
