Bought some credits in rubles and found out it was absolutely another sum of money. The interface makes you feel it is 16 rubles but it’s 16000! Hope to return my money back

Super angry with the website and app
I singed in.And after looking at prices of packages chose one. That was 2,768 rubles for 10 pics/month. I thought ok,like two smth rubles is okay. Confirmed my creator card information and then received a message from bank that 2767 rubles as in two thousand seven hundred and sixty seven rubles were charged!!! 😱 What? This much for 10 pics that I can download in month????? If it was written 2767 rubles without a comma after number 2, I would never enter my credit card information! So I am trying to contact the support and solve the issue. I would like money to be refunded,as I am not going to use this subscription! Thank you!

I couldn’t download any photos
Show me an error all the time and they could fix it, no free or paid photos downloaded
WORST
They will RIP YOU OFF!!! Ridiculous sign in .. says error when signing in.. no way to recover email because says email doesn’t exist… zero support component waste of my life trying to figure out how to login in!! It’s soooooooooooo frustrating I’ll pay whatever on another app to NEVER have to deal with this one again.. wow!!
