Constantly freezing and not allowing log on. Needs an update ASAP.

I have used some great mobile trading platforms for forex and futures. This is definitely not one of them!!!

App is terrible. Constant log in issues and the watchlist doesn’t stay in order.

Given its limited feature set I must say I use it much more frequently than I thought I would. Lately the back-end servers (?) have been going down with alarming frequency. Suggestions: The background color palette makes it hard to see P&L values; you could easily fix that. Options chains should be made available directly from the underlying (from the same menu where you offer charting, etc.). Include First Notice Day in contract information. But these are minor quibbles. Over time this app will certainly get better.

I can't understand why you don't provide simple things like showing the expiration date or DTE for an option. Or why the unrealized pnl of an option is based on the last trade price, rather than the current bid/ask. It seems like you don't use your own product, or you would have already made such changes. I use mobile versions of ThinkorSwim, IB, and this. This is a distant third. I wish you would at least try a little.
