This app is just getting from bad to worse everytime they do an update.

I have never used this application without experiencing issues. Firmware updates freeze in progress, app doesn’t fit screen properly on devices, can’t use backspace in profile address lines, won’t find devices, some phones the application just displays blank screens and multiple other issues. Terrible experience, extremely frustrating.

It’s good when working but 2 months ago it stop working . Have sent it back twice how and you guest it it’s still not working

The app would be awesome if it didn’t have little annoying glitches like constantly being logged out, data not displaying

Great app when it works like it’s supposed to. It’s been very glitchy since we had our solar installed 4 months ago. Most recently it’s constantly logging me out, my analytics page is no longer accessible (so I can’t see patterns in my power usage) and many of the other features in the app don’t work. Just focus on stability for consistency of use would be great.

Very glitchy, buttons dont work frequently to change between pages. If using a phone the buttons at the bottom dont work, they are too close to bottom of screen. Someone needs to have a good look at using this app to commission systems themselves and make the much needed updates its very difficult to use compared to other solar commissioning apps. Updates desperately needed asap.

Same problems as Glitchy. Problems logging on, problems with data displayed. Tech dept fixed once only weeks ago. Now can’t use at all. Hope someone is working on it ‘cause it’s good when it works.
