J’ai téléchargé l’application je savais à quoi m’attendre que le ratio serait très faible j’ai atteint les 10 US DT comme indiqué afin de pouvoir retirer je n’y arrive pas je les contacte on me dit il faut rentrer votre numéro de téléphone très bien mais je n’y arrive pas je leur montre la preuve on me dit qu’on me recontactera par e-mail une fois que le problème sera réglé ça fait deux semaines ensuite 1010 US DT sont retombés en dessous des 10 pour remonter j’ai recontacté le support technique et cette fois une nouvelle règle est apparu maintenant il faut mettre 40 US DT afin de bénéficier des 10 Et je vous conseille pas de payer pour cette application vous perdez plus d’argent que ce que vous n’en gagnez

After phonenumber change i had no problems to login in the app with google authenticator. But now, so much time later it comes to a withdraw. Happy moment but what did stormgain? Withdraws are JUST possible with old phone number. Login always worked with google auth, but withdraw only by old phone number. So - i checked trustpilot where i find users having the same experience. What die stormgain? They write to contact support and proof ID to change phone nunber for the withdraws. I did it and write support via mail, in the app and in the life chatt. I took over 48h to get this answer: For security reason phone number cant be changed. 😡😡😡😡 What security? That i can deposit and deposit but never withdraw? Kucoin one time resetted me an account by lost google authenticator by proofing ID and stormgain cant change a phone number??? Where is the problem -.- stormgain wtote here at trust pilot to contact support!!! I will never stop share my BAD experience until i get the help they promissed here! ID 3810481665

Super einfach zu bedienen, niedrige Gebühren, viel Handel und viele Funktionen. Wahrscheinlich die Börse, die ich benutze.
