Good but lately just getting a black screen nothing else showing up

As soon as I opened the app it took me out of the app

So there’s a lot going on here, I’ve used this app since Jesse and Brian announced it. And it has improved over time, although it feels like it’s still very rough, one feature in particular is in a draft series where you have all the episodes in it and you try add another, it won’t always go to the bottom, it will instead be placed second or first in the list and it’s just not the right order. The fact I can’t move and place them either is a bit frustrating. Also the “create new” button is different and has a different page depending where you’re at. Still though it is a great app, nothing else like it and I’ve been able to tell my stories the way I want to with it. Just please fix this I beg it’s driving me up the wall😭

Too many problems. Couldnt sign into my account on my new phone. Couldn't upload videos without applying. Social feed is glitched and won't update. App sometimes refuses to open. Blaze funds keep disappearing and reappearing. The entire app is a flop. Avoid!!! P.S Support never answered me despite numerous emails.

Can't even search or watch a video from my favorite creators because the app constantly bugs and crashes if I do so 🤦‍♂️

I opened an account with this app in 2018. I deletes the Facebook account sometime after and forgot I had a StoryFire account. I tried emailing one of the founders in 2020 to delete my lost account only to find it still on there. I tried contacting through Facebook and opening another account to try to get in contact only to be ignored. Think carefully before using.
