Stray Kids Light Stick

this app desperately needs an update. You can tell that they haven’t touched this app since 2020. all of the information is still stuck in Korean with no options to change it. I was able to connect my light stick but after having to figure out how to do it on my own without any guidance in the app. I love SKZ but they need to let JYP see that this app needs an update. I want to make sure that my light stick is connected before their concert. but that’s impossible with the App version we have now

I tried to connect it at my concert but the section "ticket information" in the fill in date only gives you 2020 1 1. I know how to connect it thankfully but it is concerning to the stays that use this app with the same problem. I hope you can fix this. Thank you

The app REFUSES to work for me and keeps popping up with a message error

At my first concert in Los Angeles but the app isn’t working. It shows it for the concert in Seoul but it’s not working here. I wish they would fix this

I recently tried to get the app and light stick to function for a Stay Kids concert. I tried from 3 different phones (all iPhones) as well as while at the concert and it all yielded the same result. The light stick will our fine and seems connected, but after that you cannot get past the “all performances have ended” screen. I did try the suggestion to hold the LS on button for 10 seconds before paring and this does seem to work to initialize it again, but still it was the same result of not being able to change colors. Of the thousands of other fans at the concert, there were only a few that had been able to get theirs to work it seemed like. I reached out to the Stray Kids store for support and they have been great but ultimately it is the app developer that would need to address the issues. The last update show a year ago and I the ticket selection info it shows 2020 as the only dates to select. Please update and fix this app. Thanks.

I just wish we can use the light stick even when there is not a concert. For example we can play their song on the app and that would connect to the light stick. It would be a nice upgrade.

so my concert is on april 2nd and i wanted to make sure my lightstick was connected before so i had no difficulties the day of the concert or day before. it was pretty easy to do! it obviously wont let u play with the colors since the concert isnt booked yet BUT, its okay! i feel like it should show the concert date at least but all it shows is the seoul concert which isnt ongoing anymore. BUT YK WHATEVER? my lightstick connected and if works perfectly fine. so does my friends lightstick! she had a bit of trouble with hers but its ok 👌

so the app is not working for me I tried a lot of things like it connects but it does nothing after that like i can’t change the color or anything, there is no pop up, and it keeps saying error when i try to connect it and it says it needs an update and when i try to update it, it dose nothing for minutes and i really just want to know what to do to get it to work also a lot of it is in korean and there is no way to change that so i have to use google translate💀 but i don’t care about that part I just want the app to work for me can anyone help?
