I can’t connect my lightstick, I don’t know why! Fix !!!!!!!!

Лайтстик не подключается до конца, выскакивает ошибка

При запуске приложения сразу же выскакивает уведомление что нет соединения с серверами. Из за этого лайтстик не подключается до конца, так как пишет ошибку версии. В общем видимо на поддержку приложения полностью забили. Что делать не понятно, потому что всё что находила с похожей проблемой, не помогает

The app REFUSES to work for me and keeps popping up with a message error

At my first concert in Los Angeles but the app isn’t working. It shows it for the concert in Seoul but it’s not working here. I wish they would fix this

I recently tried to get the app and light stick to function for a Stay Kids concert. I tried from 3 different phones (all iPhones) as well as while at the concert and it all yielded the same result. The light stick will our fine and seems connected, but after that you cannot get past the “all performances have ended” screen. I did try the suggestion to hold the LS on button for 10 seconds before paring and this does seem to work to initialize it again, but still it was the same result of not being able to change colors. Of the thousands of other fans at the concert, there were only a few that had been able to get theirs to work it seemed like. I reached out to the Stray Kids store for support and they have been great but ultimately it is the app developer that would need to address the issues. The last update show a year ago and I the ticket selection info it shows 2020 as the only dates to select. Please update and fix this app. Thanks.

I just wish we can use the light stick even when there is not a concert. For example we can play their song on the app and that would connect to the light stick. It would be a nice upgrade.
