Key to consistency
It’s a straightforward app that lets me record habits that I want to keep, and it is very effective so far. I am usually a person who loves making resolutions and goals, but find it hard to follow through. Now I can easily see how consistent I am with activities that support my wellbeing, like my weight training, listening to audiobooks, watering my plants, meditating, and even changing my bedsheets. The app looks and feels very simple, which is exactly what I need for quick recording. Now I can easily track which activities I tend to procrastinate on.
