App is nice for downloading images and videos from the thermal camera. Live view does not work with Helion XP50. This is annoying considering they price for the Helion. App kann nur Videos und Fotos herunterladen. Livebild geht mit Helion XP50 nicht. Eigentlich traurig bei dem Preis des Helion.

Seit dem letzten Update funktioniert das App auf meinem iPhone 6 nicht mehr! Daher ist mein xm30 nicht im vollem Umfang nutzbar.

Funktioniert weder mit meinem iPhone, noch mit meinem iPad, obwohl auf meinem Pulsar FN455 das WLAN mit Maximum angezeigt wird. Wenn es sich mal verbindet dann bricht die Übertragung nach ein paar Sekunden sofort wieder ab. Ich kann dieser App nur einen Stern für die übersichtliche Menüführung geben, für Funktionalität leider null. Wäre sonst eine tolle App!

Warum ist kein Update auf 4.2.3 möglich ? Bei manche geht das haben dan ein anderes Menü.

Downloading Videos from your device to your iPhone/iPad on WIFI is very, very slow (10min for 35MB). Also no sound on downloaded Thermion Xp50 Videos on iOS, eventhough the microphone is enabled. Works fine on Windows PC though... 5 points, if these issues get fixed.

Since updating to iOS my pulsar device willl not connect to app

Based on my experience don’t buy PULSAR just because how bad this app is! Contacting pulsar support is just as useless as the APP. Same generic response from folks at pulsar who is running Pulsar Joe Biden?

Does not work…. Period. Significant lags make it useless.

Had this app for several years and it’s always been useless constantly having to close out and start the whole connection process over and now I have it on 3 devices and none will connect
