The app signs you up to around 10 spam emails a day and you cannot unsubscribe in the app, you have to log in in browser! with out logging in it won’t let you unsubscribe! But if you just downloaded the app and decided to log in with Apple ID you will have a tonne of problems trying to log in in the browser! So now I have to delete extra ten emails each day!

It's the best application for searching apartments.

The app is awesome lot of apartments and works well with the search but the only issue is not easy to unsubscribe from emails and will fill your inbox

The app is really easy to use and is straight to the point, as you can apply as many filters you want.

The app forces me to view listings out of my selected map range. This is wasting my time, a scam, and a shameful business practice.

Best site because all available properties are here and there is a wealth of info. Worst because it is difficult to use — it’s ridiculous to have to click three times to open the right box to choose an address or neighborhood. Very frustrating.
