The StrengthStudio App is designed by lifters, for lifters. World Class Training Programs right at your finger tips.
At Strengthstudio our main focus has always been one thing: GETTING RESULTS. Since we started 3 years go we've completely disrupted the industry with one time purchase training programs, that easily rival 1-1 training from most coaches, at a fraction of the cost. We've helped thousands of athletes break through plateaus and hit new personal bests, and with our App we're looking to take things to the next level.

Detailed & Customizable Training Programs:
- Our app has allowed us to take our programs to an entirely new level while making them easier to understand and use day to day. Each of our programs can be automatically or manually customized hundreds of different ways, run back to back, let's you log notes & tracks your weight progression etc.
Informative Exercise Library:
- Our in-App exercise library briefly demonstrates & breaks down hundreds of exercises to keep you informed on correct technique. This library is continuously updated!
Extensive Program Library:
- Get access to our highly reviewed Library of world class training programs with programs in the categories of Powerlifting, Powerbuilding, Hypertrophy & Bodybuilding!
Value Focused Community:
- Looking for personal technique reviews, Q&As and informative videos? Our community is built by lifters for lifters and has got you covered. You can see more details below or on the community tab.
HOW IT WORKS
1 - Download the App.
Even if you don't have an account or program from us yet you can still download and get access to the app.
2 - Get a free Account.
Sign-up for a free account with us once you open the app. If you've bought programs from us recently we'll add those to your account for you. If you haven't you can get one here on the website or in the App!
3 - Make progress!
If you have the App and an account with us you can go ahead and start running your training programs right away in the workout tab! If you don't have one just yet you can always pick one up from the program library here on the website or on the app at anytime.
