Countering Tinnitus

I am using this at night as a counter measure for a recent affliction of severe tinnitus that came out of no where. Having these soothing sounds play at night helps.

Great! They all work.

All of the apps I’ve tried really do work! I was skeptical about it before.

Love this app

I like to listen to this as I fall asleep. I'm nearly 9 months pregnant and have been doing this meditation for about half of my pregnancy. Wish I'd started years ago! I think it has really helped me stay calm and balanced. I love how customizable it is - the sounds, induction time, and sleep/wake modes. I personally prefer the long induction, stream sounds, and sleep mode. I purchased several meditation apps and this one is my favorite.

I really like this version- no nonsense- great words of wisdom for a more peaceful life. Nice voice and calming music !

Great but...

This app is great-- very relaxing... EXCEPT... When his voice gets SO LOUD at the end when he counts back from 5, it jolts me awake and negates all the calming relaxation I just experienced. Please fix this!!!

Love how it has sleep and wake modes and the hypnosis works for me! Lots of options for other hypnosis needs as well in the store 🌹 they cost money but for me they've been worth every penny
