Stopped working with all American and Canadian servers
Connect on demand NOT working
The Connect on Demand is not up and running the Tech Support tells me AFTER I paid for app. 👎👎👎
Why not just rebrand ibVPN?
ibVPN was working like a champion. I don’t understand why you had to mess it up. Was it too hard to just change the logo with the new one? This app doesn’t work on mobile at all. Really curious how did you even manage to get it on App Store
Not an ibVPN
I was extremely happy with ibVPN, always fast and reliable connection. StrongVPN can not sustain the same performance, I can hardly connect to any vpn servers. Such a shame.
Million years behind
Long time ibVPN user. Forced to move to Strong due to ibVPN acquisition. It's a complete downgrade for me. I feel absolutely cheated by the guys from ibVPN. I've been their customer for over 8 years, great service, support, speed, innovation. Paid for TOR over VPN, amazing list of servers, speed and reliability and now stuck with limited servers and protocols, not even meh level speeds, no favorite servers, problematic app, no possibility of pinging servers for best speeds. Keeps connecting me to a server in my country where DPI and Internet censorship is known worldwide. I wish ibVPN gave me the option of a refund. Not happy with what I'm getting at the moment, it is an absolute disaster and even though I still have a year of service left I'll be looking for an alternative!

Does not work at all
Terrible
Suddenly stops working once every while for no reason. Countless times deleting and installing with no result. I haven’t had any issues with the MacOS app but the iOS app garbage.

It’s terrible. You cant even log in your already paid account. Waste of money
Looks like a homework project
I’m surprised how Apple let this app showcase in the AppStore. The app becomes unresponsive if you change the settings. Look & feel is terribly bad. I’m a premium customer and definitely would cancel my subscription but unfortunately, it is very hard to find an alternative for the country where I live. The OS X app also has a bad design. StrongVPN does not have an add-on for Firefox at all. Despite these downsides, their price is not cheap. Please think twice before paying for StrongVPN. It is just poor man’s VPN app. For example, NordVPN has way better apps and service with a much lower price.
