This app is awful, keeps crashing

Despite charging me twice for a single delivery, they refuse to respond to my queries or reimburse the payment despite months of attempted contact. It’s purely theft.

These imbeciles failed to deliver a returned item.but stated i t had been delivered ,then 2 months later i got a npotice saying i had a ccj against me and have had t pay for the lost item £185 so it would appear i paid£ 25 (yes they even double charged. Me for it)to have my credit rating destroyed,i asked them to investigate and gt an email 1 week later saying package lost enquiryresolved , no offer of compensation no offer to return the fee for the delivery and they told me that I had to report a problem within two weeks well how can I report a problem if I don’t know there is one if they tell me they have delivered a parcel which they clearly did not deliver. I can of course get them to accept responsibility and it will be struck from my record but they won’t reply to my emails now there is no number to get hold of them. This is a company of fake charlatans for the sake of your own sanity do not use this firm, they will rob you blind and lose your parcel. I wasin the process of buying my first home ,as a result I’m unable to get a mortgage. I had to give them one star or I wouldn’t have been able to post this review but the real rating is no stars zilch zero nothing nada.

I’ve used this a few times, sometimes good soemtimes bad. Most recently I tried booking a journey and they kept charging the holding deposit (40%) and then saying they couldn’t fulfill the order. So I kept re-booking and they repeated the process every time. They ended up taking 10x holding deposits and always cancelled the order. I am Still trying to get the money back but keep talking to automated responses on the app Who say “they are looking into it”

Deserves negative stars - Does not provide the only service they advertise they do. No delivery drivers available ever. Wait times of 3+ hours Ridiculous prices Would not recommend even to my enemy. Terrible service, terrible customer service. Use uber if you need anything delivered. Waaaaay less hassle than these doughnuts

I used it to send a higher value item. I regretted it immediately. No name when the delivery is signed for. No photo of the delivery. It all feels very unsafe.

I don’t understand who they have working there but the way they operate things is just not acceptable. I had a delivery scheduled for the next day and at around 9:50PM they delivery got cancelled and the worst part about it the company makes it impossible to reschedule.

Extremely unreliable

They charged me £28. Nobody confirmed for a very long time, so I cancelled and they charged when no service was provided !!

They have no idea what so ever what quality customer service is. Extremely disappointed on my very first order because of an issue with the delivery. There was an easy fix but they don’t care. Don’t bother using it.
