Stud Finder: Wall Detector

Shortly after downloading this app and reading the instructions it asked to get the full version for £5.00… And £5.00 for nothing!! Even by increasing the sensor sensitivity, the best reading I could get was a value of 20 which did not stabilise (as I moved across the wall that same reading extended to every location on the wall I was scanning through). I found another app (free this one!) with a very similar logo and it worked just fine by adjusting to the right sensitivity until I got a signal. If you are considering this app like I did pass your way!

Just long enough to read the 7 instructions then it wants money . No proof it works.

Difficult to use and confusing directions

First off the App Store is a complete and utter lie. It has a 4.1 rating with only 2 5 star reviews and one of those was an accidental 5 star. Everything else is under 2 stars. I hope the developers of this app catch a extremely curable disease but are discomforted for as long as this app took me to deal with

Didn’t even find the KNOWN stud during those 3 seconds

Simple… doesn’t work at charged $5.99 once your i the App to still not work.

I was told to get the upgrade but it didn’t improve anything. It works on a knife but not at all on a wall

Completely worthless. Do not waste your time with this… $5.99 for nothing. 🤬

I loaded this to try it out. I had it less than 1 minute and it said my trial time is up and prompted to purchase.
