Recently downloaded the app and was looking forward to using it, but for days the app won’t allow login. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Even on desktop there is nowhere to send ‘other’ feedback via the Help Centre if the topic/article isn’t addressed. This is the message that comes up when I click login on the app: 500 Internal Server Error then please read this wea application's Lig file and/or the web server's log file to find out what went wrong.
Super disappointed, went to order off Paula’s Choice and realised they work with student beans. Got the code put it in and it didn’t work, even waiting for a new code twice and it still didn’t work, not sure why :(
Wish it had more discounts to different stores
I have had this app before with my old phone and it works really well until I change my phone and this app does not allow me to log in. Then I not using this app for 6 months and when I try it again today, I still can’t log in or even try to register a new account. Please do something.
I have attempted to re-verify the account and none of the options work. I was informed that my email wasn’t valid and to contact them if that happened, no answer. verifying through the Uni platform didn’t work and they didn’t accept my student card as proof of enrolment.
Will not accept my school email. NSW Government issued school email.
Everytime I’ve tried to use a code it hasn’t worked so definitely disappointed
When I was signing up for the app it said that my school email wasn’t valid even though it is so I couldn’t sign up.
