Studybreak Focus Time Tracker

I like the looks and the timer, but it doesn’t show me how many more hours I have to study overall this week and I would like to be a bit more flexible with the subjects I study each day (I would prefer and overall goal in hours for the week)

I downloaded this app as a high school student when I needed to revise a lot and it stopped me from looking at my phone constantly and it helped me have a break in between so I didn’t get super bored the only thing is that it confused me when I started using but I’m obsessed and highly recommended for any student whether that’s high school , college, university or even primary I really recommend. This app is so perfect perfect perfect, super minimalistic I love it The only problem is the fact that it doesn’t Allow user to login in or even sign up. I would love to have an account to keep the data, especially my subscription which I’m yet to buy bc I’m just unsure how it would work without an user account.

Would be great if the premium version could include live caleneder sync. For eg if I am doing a study session from 8-9pm, using the live stopwatch, it also saves on to my iPhone calendar, rather than having to create it as a separate event Make study sessions timed by the app also sync onto device calendar when session is finished

Not optimised for IOS 16

The app does the basics and the premium goes above and beyond, no drawback unless your being ultra picky. Hopefully this up keeps on growing. The only draw back is not having this app available on multiple platforms and enable synchronisation of time and study ( but this ultra picky)

The app statistics functions don’t work. It gives random and inaccurate statistics for the proportion of time spent on each subject - it claimed that I spent 25 hours on Biology in a day. The Units are completely random. E.g. the amount of time studied is presented on the graph in seconds rather than hours or minutes and odd numbers are repeated twice in the graphs but even numbers aren’t, which doesn’t make any sense either. Also the app sets the amount of time spent working automatically to 50minutes. So you could work for 10 but it’s recorded as 50. There are so many glitches the the developers just don’t seem to care or do anything about it. Such a shame as initially it did help me stop procrastinating. Save yourself some money and get the tree app instead.

Useless, customer service disgusting

I love the simplicity of the app, it really helped me to be productive and do work in manageable chunks - and love seeing my stats! The phone version is great if you are like me and absent-mindedly pick up your phone. My only suggestion would be that the desktop app have the option to have a visable countdown in the menu bar at the top of the mac (or pc) Apart from that, it does what it needs to do. Thanks!
