This app makes it very easy to log your bowel movements. You can classify your stool with help of the bristol stool scale and it will calculate a lot of interesting statistics for you.
There are two modes: in the simple mode you can log start time (will be set automatically on start), end time (will be set automatically as well), and the stool type according to the bristol stool scale. In the detailed mode you can log additional color, consisteny, weight/volume and your feeling.
You can add some notes to the current session in both modes.
Your data belongs to you! You are able to export your data at any time and use it as a CSV file (a plain text file). Your data is not collected or transmitted!
This is the free version, it allowes only a small number of bowel movements.

Funktioniert mit dem neuen iPhone 15 leider nicht mehr. Sowie man in der App -die sich zunächst ganz normal öffnet- irgendeinen Button drückt, wird die App geschlossen. War sonst ne prima App.
Leicht zu bedienen und übersichtlich
Ich bin sehr angetan. Funktioniert toll auch in der freien Version. Echt klasse und zu empfehlen!!!

Daten werden nicht übertragen - Schlechter Support
Achtung DATENVERLUST! Ich habe mir nach der maximalen Eintragsanzahl die Pro Version gekauft und meine alten Einträge wurden nicht übertragen. Meine Mail an die Hersteller blieb unbeantwortet - sehr unzufriedenstellend!
Gut für die Übersicht
Für mich ist die App gerade sehr wichtig und funktioniert für mich auch erstmal perfekt. Ob ich auf die Vollversion noch umsteigen werde weiß ich noch nicht, aber die beschriebenen weiteren Details hören sich erstmal gut an 😊

Gut für die Gesundheit
Super App. Kann man schön festhalten, ob und wie häufig alles klappt. Ein ordentlicher Stuhlgang ist sehr wichtig für die Gesundheit und das psychische Wohlergehen. Die App hilft um den Rückschluss von Verdauung auf zugeführte Nahrung usw. zu ziehen. Man könnte noch eine Kategorie „Geruch“ und ob Rückstände am Klopapier sind nach dem Abwischen, einfügen Gesunder Kot riecht kaum und eigentlich bräuchte man kein Klopapier. Bin echt begeistert😁 (und stolz, wenn ich auf meine Statistik schaue)
Total Klasse
Diese App hat mein erleichtert ! Einfach super kann sie jedem weiterempfehlen !
