Not working. After going through all stages, it encouraged me to see a consultant in person. Why the app then? If L’Oréal wants to retain its customers and sell its products by ignoring them, well I have to say, it doesn’t work that way!

Почему в этой версии программа мне не выдаёт возможность менять форму стрижки!? Даёт только работать с цветом! В чем проблема?

You can choose almost all countries except Russia. I would not be offended if didn’t see neighboring countries to Russia. But I see them. I am very offended by it and L’Oreal disappointed me. Why you decided to pursue a politics, you are not a president. I do not like L’Oreal anymore. Our rights have been violated by L’Oreal.

Скачала приложение чтобы подобрать новый образ, точнее стрижку. Все стрижки(прически) древние и уже были в куче других приложений лет пять назад

Hope i can get my download fee back, this is just advertising at best for finding one of their product salons. Can’t sample or try a new style in order to go book a salon with an actual idea of look
