Unacceptable
Basically, you all have Forced my clients and I to use Cards to make payments. I have had bad experiences in the past with a with two other apps charging me new client fees on clients that I have had for years. So I did not want a third-party handling my money I did not upgrade because of that but you all cut off my clients from being able to book forcing me to add an account and routing number. now I have $97 on your app that I cannot get off. I do not like my money being held for any amount of time and it will not let me transfer instantly I do not want my clients paying online. I do not want any of my money going through a third-party. I have contacted support. No one has gotten back with me. This is actually the email that I sent a few days ago and as an update, I still cannot access the money.
