SUBlime Substitution Manager

SUBlime Substitution Manager creates a positive team culture in junior sports. It allows for and encourages an equal distribution of playtime by collating the distribution of playtime among players in games and across seasons and displaying it in easy-to-understand statistics. These statistics are designed to be screenshotted and shared with parents creating a culture of transparency within teams. Alongside this it allows young sports players to develop self-management skills as they are put in charge of co-ordinating their own subs based off the information SUBlime provides.
By SUBlime achieving these goals it improves the engagement of junior players with their sport as they spend more time on the field. It allows them to enjoy the sport they are playing more and therefore continue playing it longer.

- Team management: Create your sports team by adding players then assigning positions.
- Subsheet creator: Create custom subsheets which contain the substitution instructions for your team throughout the match.
- Active game info: During the game upcoming subs in your subsheet will be displayed with a countdown timer. An overview of the current game situation is also provided.
- Playtime statistics: View the allocation of playtime within a game in an easily screenshot able screen that can be sent out to parents. Playtime is also tracked across the season for a team.
- Formation manager: Create and edit custom made formations to create a subsheet ideal to your teams need.
- Support for wide range of sports: Hockey (7 & 11 aside), Football (7, 9 & 11 aside), Netball and Rugby.
