Not Happy
This Wallet is not easy to use and understand. Granted I am a new user and new to using DeFi, But I am having a good time moving and losing money with this wallet!

Unable to Create new wallet or any of the three options at the beginning.
Unfortunately can’t even get past the terms of use section in the beginning to continue setting up an account. The Continue button is just grayed out.
Not intuitive and doesn’t work
Sloppy with poor execution.
Coinbase staking
I stayed in SubWallet over two weeks ago and it’s said 6 days active staked for like 7days now how do I get my money back
Locked funds never unlock
They say funds are locked after staking for 7 days… here we are going on 16 days later after unstaking and I still have 0 transferable funds and my entire balance is locked. What a joke.
Feels like it should still be in beta
It’s slow to update balances and half the time nothing shows up when you open a new page. I was looking for a polkadot compatible wallet to be my new daily driver. I’m sorry to say, but unless some things are fixed sub wallet will not be it. If it was a couple weeks old i could excuse some things, but it’s been around for more than a year. Also, it says 7 day unstaking period before you can access your coins, but I’m going on nearly 3 weeks now and it’s still showing locked. I dunno maybe it doesn’t deserve 1 star , but I’m trying to make a point. Edit: apparently many of the problems were due to the new iOS update. And the staking issue was my own fault for not keeping a big enough balance to cover network fees. Thanks to the team for your constant bug fixes and updates.
Lock Vara
I don’t know why but my Vara coins has been locked for a long time probably a week after I got this account. And nobody will help me no customer support or anything
Stole my Vara Coins
This app is a joke! Stole my Vara coins after I verified the blockchain sent them from Coin base.
It functions fine, horrendous UI
This might be the worst wallet I’ve used. It is cumbersome just to send and receive, which has been figured out for almost half a decade at this point. You shouldn’t have to scroll through a massive list of coins, or have to search a specific coin just to do basic things. Anything you want to do will involve you scrolling through infinite menus, almost like a UI designed for a desktop environment, not a tiny cell phone.

This appears as a scam … but don’t thank me for this review, thank Coinbase
