I have used the subway app in the past with no issues. Now they will not let you use coupons on the app. It says the stores around me do not participate but they mail them to me. If I go in I can use the coupons. Also if you do curbside you can’t check in till 5 mins before it’s suppose to be ready. That’s fine but I could check in and if it’s done they could bring it out. I went in and my order was done just waiting for me to check in. Other restaurant are easier to use and better set up.

Had store cancel my order cause they didn’t have stuff to make my two subs. Told me I had to go on the app and cancel the order to get a refund. Well there is no option to cancel my order so I’m out $14 been over a week waiting. Then I ordered from the wrong store and called to cancel my order and was yet again told to go on the app to cancel. So there goes another $12 I will not be using this app ever again. Subway will be luck if I even order anything from them. 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕
Out of food
I wish there was a way that they could let you know if they are out of something before you order from the app and pay for it from the app and then go to the store and they say oh no sorry we’re out… very frustrating
Never works
90% of the time I’ve tried to use this app it will not work. The same error message will pop up stating to log out and log back in if the issue persists. No matter how many times I log out and back in and even delete and redownload the app the issue persists. Waste of an app and deals. Extremely disappointed :(
They take your $ without filling your order
The app charged me 3 times for the same order. Order never showed up at the store. I lost over $60 with no way to reclaim.
Cannot Retrieve Rewards
The app never retrieves or tracks my rewards even after the update. It has been doing this for months.

Make sure you check your order completely to assure all of the requests are granted. I customized my sandwich and literally only half of the items I requested were added. So I paid for items I never received.
Sign-in
Can you do the thing every other app does and not sign me out every time? That’d be great.
Food not ready when get there
Had to wait over 45 minutes had to tell the employee what to even put on the sandwich cause they didn’t even know how to make a all American then didn’t have no mayonnaise
Fresh
Subways food is always fresh. The servers do an excellent job since there are so many choices.
