this app is so beautiful and works incredibly well. i always feel very motivated to work when using it - especially with the gorgeous aesthetics. the background sounds are lovely as well! i’m so glad to have finally found a working pomodoro app. the only thing is that sometimes it refreshes while i’m on a different app- it’s not a big deal, since the timer stays in progress, but i would love if there was some way i could prevent that because the background sounds do turn off when that happens. overall, though, this is wonderful! thank you so much for your hard work.
Why the stats is unavailable?
Pomodoro is simple and so should be the apps. I have always had problems with other apps. But this one is just perfect. I love the design and that it does not finish my sessions automatically. I decide when I will start my rest. The sounds are also perfect. I love it!!!
I love this app, just one suggestion would make things easier for me. If I could set it up to auto-switch between rest & focus. Right now, I have to tap done, then go to the rest tab and then tap start. It would be nice to have the option to set up so it switches on its own without my input. I would be super happy to pay for this option to be unlocked.
A simple little focus session app that is more gentle than the typical giant clock ticking down and marshalling you towards productivity. The progress sounds are pleasant, and you can change them after starting the timer. It would be nice to have some little extra as you complete sessions though. I paid for the “travel rice ball” thinking I would actually get rice balls (maybe a few different flavours?) or travel indicator after sessions but nothing of that sort happened - it’s just what the paid version is called.
Sou my simple and cute pomodoro
When you put your screen in lock the background music stops after a minute, and when entering a note, the place to type is blocked by the keyboard. Regardless it’s free and cute and does what you need for a Pomodoro.
Simple and fun to use
This app is minimalist and friendly. It has sane sensible defaults and is easily changeable if you want to configure things differently. And the artwork is nice. There are only a few minor things preventing me from giving it a full five star rating: - It would be nice to have the break timer continue counting the way the focus timer does, that way when I’m using the app I can see an exact breakdown of my time focused vs. my time taking a break. I often go for a walk as my break so it a frequent occurrence to exceed my set break time - I would love to have more granular control over the break time. I do small pomodorros so I would like to have something like a two minute break between times. I think the lowest current setting is five. - I really like the background and white noise (the other options for soundscapes were well worth the upgrade). But it only plays while my phone screen is awake and then cuts the sound. This is very frustrating so it’s actually a feature I have stopped using because I spent more time fussing with white noise generators than focusing which sort of defeated the purpose of the app. If the white noise would behave more like sound from another app (like audible or spotify) and continue to play while the phone is locked and off I would appreciate that. Overall, this is one of the best pomodorro style apps I’ve used and I really appreciate the thought and artwork that went into it. I downloaded to see the artwork, I stayed and upgraded for the good design. This app doesn’t try to do too much and that’s perfect.
