This app is never updated with its website I feel. Never has their whole range of products either

As the title says

I like the store and the app they ship fast, they offer samples, they got a good variety of korean makeup and skincare but they don’t even have any sunscreen on their site wich is weird for a korean skincare site but okay and they never got anything in stock: I currently got 18 things in my faves and only one of them all is in stock and it takes a lot of time for them to restock them so overall, it’s alright

Placed an order 14 days ago (8 business days excluding weekends and holidays). Still has not shipped. Received an email saying that I should expect fulfillment within 4-5 business days from the moment I place an order. I asked them to cancel the order in this case since they are not able to ship it. They refused. They also have not said when they would ship it. Had to email 3 times and chat to be able to get an answer. This being said, they offer same day fulfillment if you pay $10. Customer service is inexistant, they take 3 days to respond to an email.

Love shopping at Sukoshi mart the app is very easy to use and navigate

website and app are completely comparable. app is great for additional free rewards. intuitive and doesn’t lag. good work sukoshi!
