Have not been able to sign in despite all the troubleshooting. Every time I need to visit urgent care for me or a family member the admin staff has to resort to pen and paper sign in. To get results, I’m routed to the web browser, and end up in an endless loop. Also beware: if you have Blue Cross and visit on a weekend they are “unable to verify insurance” and so you will be billed out of pocket and must submit to insurance on your own. Just not at all the kind of service or convenience expected in the 21st century.

All it does is spin and you’re waiting and waiting and it never stops. If you want look at your results that works about 40%. Trying to look at upcoming or check-in’s work about 5% of time. Looking at urgent care what is listed is not the actual time you're there. You may check in which self check in which I do like. However your actual to see a doctor or get results from a test can be 45 minutes or longer. Had a rapid Covid test done I waited over 90 mins for the test results.

All appointments booked on the app show an hour earlier then when it is. The app takes forever to load and errors a lot so you have to close and reopen.

So usually when a provider says we take your insurance it means it’s covered…. So I got a Covid test/rsv All that for $700 Summit health/city md Wake the F up!

What is the way to contact anyone at Summit Health/WestMed? Everything seems to be a big secret. According to them I have no insurance despite the receptionist asking me for my new card. Not an encouraging impression.

The app itself continuously crashes and I’m using an IPhone 15 on the latest iOS. Same issue when I used my iPad and PC. It would continuously load on the insurance or payment section and crash or restart. The app was working fine and well a few months ago but is completely garbage and is most likely losing clients (including me, who switched over to another telehealth app).

No records just error messages and results . I’d hope to get, doctors notes, other notes namely clinical from this but just very resourceful or useful at all

It opens to so much nonsense that a serious message is lost amidst the nonsense. ……..a physician patient.

The system has been down for days. Useless. There must be legislation for companies holding electronic health records to be fined and prosecuted if services are unavailable. Being a custodian of patient health data is life or death. And those responsible for preventing access should be prosecuted accordingly.

Can’t find names of doctors that I have seen.
