If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. This app is worthless!! I have a deadline and I tried using the app on the go. Thank God for personal computers because I would be screwed if I depended on this app. READ THE ROOM AND SEE THE APP IS GARBAGE!!!

THE worst training software package I've ever used at a company, which is saying something because most training software is normally below par. Every time I get an email that a learning assignment requires my attention, I follow the URL to this app, which states the assignment can only be done on a web browser (over half the assignments I've received say this.) No link to the website is provided in this statement of course. So traveling to the website on a mobile browser does not bring up the website, instead there is a popup begging you to download and use their app, no workaround to continue to the website, on mobile it just pulls up a blank screen with a AppStore link. Again, embarrassing.

This app don’t work for me. I end up using a desktop instead

I used it twice. Once to open. I had to put phone down… when going to reopen it got stuck. Enough said. Listen to the reviews.

Always have huge issues with this app. Always has problems running on iPhone.

This probably the worst app I have ever had to use. I can’t believe that SHRM utilizes this platform to deliver online learning. The app will close / logoff unexpectedly without notice and without saving the user’s place in the learning module. It doesn’t utilize biometric authentication on mobile. that’s a no-brainer for most other apps that require login! and i continue to have to keep logging back in over and over again as the “remember me” function on the app login screen doesn’t seem to work. the system was also offline and inaccessible for several days earlier this month. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would have given zero instead of 1. Sad!!

Nothing works or is available on this app. All it did was guide me to the web then nothing opened on the web

App is terrible I cannot even log into an account OR URL. It does not even redirect me to the site. Fix the app it does not work!

Terrible application that doesn’t work properly and extremely slow.
