Sun Devil Athletics Game Day

When I download the app, it fails to open. Most recent update must have been a breaking change

This won’t open on my screen. I’ve tried downloading the app several times. Does it only work on game day?

I mostly want to be able to check scores and news for the various Sun Devil athletics teams, and maybe get notifications for baseball. It’s tough to do those things when the app is constantly signing me out or resetting itself. Surely someone at the school that ranks 1st in innovation could develop a halfway decent sports app that actually works.

I was a student at ASU and never had this app work properly. I went to football games and this app would never let me get to the ticket access page. I would have to continuously make an account on two different things to use this app, all for it to not even work. This app needs some updates.

Apps has a lot content, but none of it works well. The app makes you create multiple different accounts for different parts of the app. (I.e. you need an ASU account for some things, a game day app account for other stuff, and a ticket master account to get tickets.) The app also spams you with promo ads and has a a hard time doing anything useful. I like the idea of the app, but it needs a lot more work before I would recommend any of my friends to get it.

This app is difficult to use, laggy, and garbage overall. Why are there 20 steps to claim FREE student tickets? #1 in Innovation I guess…

Great for checking in-season schedules/scores/news, but where are the notifications? Those don’t go through at all any more, and I’ve double checked the app and phone settings.

Crashes and says you dont have tickets, so gotta use the website anyway. To sell your tickets you have to give Ticketmaster access to your bank account - no way.

We’re in a new school year now and they’re still showing LAST Year’s basketball schedule. When are you going to update that to this year’s?
