Me and a friend rented these scooters but we were charged an additional $40 for a parking fee when we were done using them. The app didn’t inform us of proper parking procedure and didn’t warn us that we were parking in a restricted zone. Please be extra cautious of parking when renting these scooters.

Multiple times our scooters didn’t work when we got on them despite their battery being charged and they close entirely too early. By 9:30 we couldn’t get on them
There is no way to delete your payment method after your rental has been completed, returned, and paid for.
I decided to use these scooters with my friends near cocoa beach on my birthday to get around easier. I have used many scooter services in the Orlando area + have never had a problem. When you get the scooter you have the option to “lock” the scooter which prevents you from riding it. We assumed we would not be charged for the time it was locked because we cannot ride the scooter at all. We were charged just under 40$ for a total of 15 minutes of riding the scooter. Just know you WILL be charged when you have it locked. The company also started ignoring my emails + questions when asked about it. They don’t tell you that you will be charged then ignore you when you ask questions. I would not use this company again. This is my first review + I had to leave it because I’ve never used a company that disappointed me so much.
Was charged 6.60 even though the scooter wouldn’t go. Would think they would have some type of customer service to address these issues - buyer beware.

I had an excellent time riding the scooters.
This was my first time riding one of these scooters and it was a blast. I recommend it for sightseeing around Downtown Temple.no
