Worst air company in Turkey, you can’t buy ticket if you don’t have credit card, if you have only debit card go to the airport and buy ticket in office plus 50% of cost! Antalya-Trabzon in app 3359 TL for 3 person, in 4500 TL! In app if you want to claim your last flight, u can do it ONLY after 14 days, 18 days left? Nope, we don’t see your last flight! Worst ever!

Almost nothing is working. You cannot check-in, the flight data doesn’t refresh, nothing is working. I only could book the seats which was a great success

I have iPhone 10 and the app constantly crashes it is notpossible to check in or even buy a ticket. Do not waste your time for this company, when I finally booked ticket through my laptop the delay for the flight was about 3 hours. Of course no excuses for that, some people lost interconnected flights and company representative rejected to talk with these people... The meal was really auful and the stewardess was rude.

I bought tickets, they came to me at the post. And the app is empty.

Ne zaman girmeye çalışsam da çalışmıyor ki. Düzeltmeyi hiç düşünüyor musunuz acaba?

fix it finally please!

Beim Versuch sich online am Flughafen in Bodrum einzuchecken, hat die App versagt und den Code ‚Element not found‘ ausgegeben. Konsequenz: man wollte 15€ für den Check-in am Counter verlangen. Auch eine neue installierte App ging nicht. Erst der Check-in über die Webseite hat geklappt. Peinlich und unnötig!

Die App funktioniert vorne und hinten nicht. Der Check in klappt noch. Bei der Sitzplatzreservierung kommt eine Fehlermeldung. Anfang Juni eine Sitzplatzreservierung und Übergepäck gebucht. Alles schön abgebucht und beim Einchecken am Flughafen war nichts hinterlegt.
