User interface is very slow and sluggish
Don’t bother using this membership app. Your receipt will never gets approved despite uploading the receipt and entering the amount. The app will always come back with some absurd reason saying that your receipt is rejected and you will need to resubmit within 48 hours. Don’t bother earning the points in this app, is just a waste of time.
Stingy in awarding points. Better to shop elsewhere.
Suntec management are creating such point system to showcase to the people the benefits of shopping in Suntec. However, the points are hard to get as Suntec tend to reject receipts much easily as their staff are rather blind to the info stated in the receipt. Even though all info included.
NEED TO SPEND $2600 to redeem 1 hour of free parking. The most ridiculous point system. Don’t bother wasting your time
Worst mall app ever.. not once, not twice, but thrice.. receipt scan in Suntec+ App but rejected. Contact eCustomer service via the app and no response (when said will response in 3 working day) 1) Merchant go Green, provided eReceipt, the App reject the receipt and say “Transaction must be made at the merchants’ store in Suntec City to be eligible for Suntec+ points”. 2) Receipt from event space Hooja / AkemIUchi, but the app reject the receipt and say “Receipt uploaded did not include store’s name/address” when the Header of the receipt clearly shows “ “Suntec City Event”
Did the scan receipt so many times and still get rejected. Totally useless app.

Have issues to clear notifications. Uninstalled and re-installed but to no avail.
I have actually deleted the app, but was reminded of my points expiring 31 Dec, so decided to re-download to redeem my 2000 points for a $5 e voucher; only to realise the voucher expiry is 21 Dec. I thought usually the voucher date give us more time to utilise yet it’s earlier than the 31 Dec.
