SUPER73

This firmware update forces your bike to default to mode 2 every time you turn it on/off. So now if you want mode 4 you have to open the app, pair, and reset it to 4 ever time you ride. Very disappointing that Super 73 doesn’t tell you this before you upgrade. And you can’t downgrade to the previous firmware. Bummer.

This app is soooooo asssss I spent an half hour trying to connect and it just won’t and I have connected before

I don’t see a way to add additional vehicles.

Called in several times trying to activate the off road mode for my bike. First rep said we would be informed via email when the bike was registered - not true. It's been about a week since I've seen any progress. It's really dumb that we have to contact Super 73, wait for their tech support team to get off their a**, and type a few numbers into their system (correctly) just so I can have my bike go 7-10mph faster. Really sad that companies are utilizing this pay-to-play feature and basically have the reins on anything your bike can / cannot do.

The app is great, until it started having an unknown error while trying to connect to the bike . It’s very frustrating being that it’s the only way to unlock the best features of the bike.

Will not update firmware to my newly purchased RX. Was instructed to delete and reinstall but I keep running into the same issue. Yellow triangle indicates I have to update firmware but app shows error just a few seconds after installing Super73, you have a huge following. Please reciprocate the support by fixing the app so we can fully enjoy our ebikes! PLEASE

Super 73 is limiting the bike’s capabilities in the EU and could soon head to the US via the app. There is no transparency yet as to why. The capability of most of their bikes is 25mph+. It will be significantly less than that if they keep rolling out these updates and not telling their customers as to why. Buyers beware. These bikes are very fun. I own 2, but taking away the go fast part of them makes them less enjoyable. It’s sad that a good physical product depends so heavily on a phone app. Shame on you Super 73. Would’ve left one star but I do love my bikes. For as much as these bikes are the customer should have the freedom to fully explore the full capabilities of their purchase.

Super73 is well known for bricking bikes, failing updates and not properly testing their software for release.

Always impresses me how new well funded companies have such poorly designed apps. The analogy is cable mess on their bikes.

The user interface of this app is unrefined and rather confusing. The last update was also 6 months ago, so it appears even Super73 aren’t heavily invested or committed to their app.
