мне заказали вещь не на тот адрес, в итоге вещь отправлена но на складе ее нет. агент по этому поводу отвечает очень долго. также возврат вещи с таобао (которая у них самих же без дефектов валяется)сказали займёт 7 рабочих дней и то только после того как вещь дойдёт до продавца. с темпом их работы, две недели они только отправлять будут

DHL notified me with the following message: “Sender unknown; transportation fees unpaid; further transport will not proceed. Please contact the sender.” This situation has caused significant inconvenience, and I am left without a clear solution.

Wouldn’t recommend using this company for buying products.
