Ich bin seit längerem Nutzer von Superchat und es ist so gut gestaltet um einfach Kunden auf Whatsapp zu kontaktieren und mit den Automatisierungen auch nachzuhaken, falls manche die Nachricht übersehen sollten und es es ist alles so einfach zu bedienen. Das einzig doofe, allerdings an der API gekoppelt, dass man nach 24 Stunden eine WhatsApp Vorlage an den Kunden schicken muss und bei einer simplen Nachricht erstmal warten muss, bis es freigegeben wird, was aber auch schnell akzeptiert wird. Dennoch bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann da das jedem empfehlen 👍🏽 Liebe Grüße, Enno

Eine sehr übersichtliche und benutzerfreundliche Plattform für Unternehmen um Stand Heute fast alle gängigen Social Media Plattformen zu verknüpfen mit einer Anwendung. Automations, Vorlagen & KI Roboter sind ebenfalls sehr gute Features. Der Teamchat könnte noch erweitert werden (Rollen etc. wie bei Discord)
