SuperDeker App

I understand that you need those in game purchases to make money but you made everybody pay for your board to play you can’t even see your stats without paying like that’s horrible that’s 100% the worst and I feel like you should be able to join teams without subscription but pay to make one this is absolute bull that I can’t see my stats without paying

This app it this point is garbage $4.99 per year is still way to much.

It said 4.99$ for the year with 1 month free trial. It then charged me 30$ lol…. I emailed service they asked for screen shots, id’s everything…. And then asked me for more info… and more… they’re trying to get me to spend like 4-5 hours to do their job. Sorry not worth it. I rather spend that time letting others know to stay away. They training their customers and not taking responsibility.

Filled in all the required information to sign up. The app is supposed to have many more games to play. Nope, not one. False advertising.

Cannot even get started with the app. I have signed up on the app using 3 different email address and have yet to get a single confirmation email back to allow me to use the app. It’s been weeks…My son is in the same situation. I hope people don’t make the same mistake as me. I hope they read these reviews before spending the extra money on the Superdeker pro. The original would be the same as far as I can see.

This app is terrible. It’s 2024!! Do better!

I can’t even get in the app. No way to reset your password if you don’t remember your username (which cannot be your email). It’s 2024 - all the obvious usernames are taken. If I have to create one it’s going to be a random selection of characters since I will assume, like every other site/app I’ll be able to use my email to login or reset… I tried using a second email but confirmation was never sent, and the app won’t resend. And there’s no support email on their site. You have to call….. Bizarre.

The app. Is super glitchy and is almost unusable. We paid for the subscription and basically lost our money as it’s pretty much unusable. Very sad for the kids…
