Cannot register on app. Just times out. Tried 10-15 times.

Withdrawal process takes too long, when we have technology for instant pay, especially since you created Swyftx, I know you know how to do that, I’d say that’s my only issue with it and makes you unreliable, it was also not clear how to verify it to begin with which also took some time

As a long time user, please fix the fact it keeps freezing the last 4 or 5 days. !!

Worst customer service

I can’t register in platform cause I don’t have Medicare card, I added my Driver license and my Passport but even like that it’s not working…

Wouldn’t send me my verification email. If I selected “Change email” it just asked me to enable notifications and took me back to the “verify email” page. Waste of time.

As few reviewers have noted: - Dark Mode would be amazing! - Faster market price updates. There is a slight lag in market price of the stocks. - Different charts, perhaps? Such as candlestick charts. - More information on companies such as dividend payouts, technicals, analysis, etc. With some few improvements and updates, this would be one of the best stock apps!

Here are some examples of why I prefer this over other trading options like Commsec, Nabtrade, Pearler, Betashares Direct and Stake and Vanguard. I have been trading since 2017 so i have used a few different apps. Every app has their pros and cons. But Superhero stood out from the rest. Instant free money transfer. $5 brokerage fees , $0 buy order for ETFs. Really good for accumulating highly volatile assets such as CRYP, EBTC, EETH. Qantas points for buys and sells . Also, Currency transfer from Australian Dollar to US dollar. I am an active trader and have earned enough Qantas points in September 2023 for business class tickets Melbourne - Hong Kong. This would have be thousands of dollars without the points. The Superhero app keep you up to date with up coming dividend and when you expect them to be added to your account . Great tax reporting system, portfolio value, dividend income report, profit and loss statements. Tax time used to take 2 weeks - 4 weeks. Now it is much easier only take 10 minutes to download all the report for my accountant.

Very easy to put money in, however when trying to take it out, no linked bank account even though it should have been from deposits, followed the steps of trying to use chat and emailing them to get zero response. Would not recommend using unless you want to give away money

With too many decimal points on US shares you can no see daily gain % each shares in your holding page. App UI needs to be improved as I see this as big negative for share trading app.
