I have tried basically all the meditation apps out there and Superhuman is just different. For me using activations is kind of like a snowball effect, once I really dedicate myself to at least doing one a day, slowly they take over my whole day 😂 The only thing I would really love more of is driving activations especially living in a city with traffic!

I've been using the Superhuman app for two weeks now and I really enjoy listening to the activations, especially during a walk or treadmill run. This app really has been a game changer for me. It does put me in a very positive, energized yet calm state. I have had several things change in my life for the better since using this app as well. Amazing impact and powerful affirmations. I feel like there’s some sort of weird science to them working. The customer service is great too.
Like many, I have a hard time sitting down and solely focusing on a meditation. I really enjoy that these meditations can be done while doing something else such as walking, cleaning or even working out. I also like the music behind it – it’s not too slow or quiet so they give me a lot of energy instead of just making me sleepy. I think this is a really great app for many people because so many of us are juggling a lot in life and to even get a good meditation in while doing another task is better than nothing at all! I highly recommend this app to anyone 🩷
