I enjoyed using this app when I first got it. It gave me detailed information on many different topics. But after a couple of months it just stopped working for no reason. I even paid for a subscription, but it still has not worked. Beware !
Every time I ask a question or ask it to do something it returns an a blank answer. Also they’re trying to charge me 49.99 for a 3 day free trial that was cancelled in less than 24 hours. Cute little scam tho. Zero stars
Have been unable to get this thing to reply… Also, the free trial isn’t free!
I give it a prompt and it just makes a Boop noise and then does nothing else. It doesn’t respond to me.
Waste of time
Customer support will not respond to my inquiries. When you go their customer support, this is their response: “Page Not Found The page you are looking for doesn't exist or has been moved”. Wondering why Apple still allows this app to be sold to their customers. I called Apple a couple of weeks ago. I was told they would be looking into the App and someone would contact me. As of 11-14-24 I have not heard back from Apple and appears the App still can be purchased at App Store.
Hard to use
I paid for it, and was quite excited, but it hasn’t worked a single day, or for a single query. I reached out via email, and got no response. Apple said they wont refund me, because i was on a free trial that isn’t and ain’t the case. $5.34 with tax. I can’t get it to work on your website either. What’s up?
Yup just like the rest of the reviews say..this is broken and it appears the developers abandoned this project. Don't waste your time installing, doesn’t even answer a question Just takes up space.
It’s the best app I’ve found to help me with random things, but it breaks every few weeks and I have to delete it for a few days sometimes. The last time I did it, I had it deleted for weeks. Might have to delete it again.
