Still sowing error “device offline” on iPhone, yet alert notifications pop up, just can’t view video picture, was intermittent, now just won’t work. Please assist? Thanks

I can’t believe how slow this Service is on iPhone, I don’t know if it’s the engineers installation or whether SuperLive has many SuperLive has given me 2 years of a headache, I don’t know if anyone else has had this issue? My Freind had the same SuperLive pro but his is ok I don’t know if it’s an internet line problem? Any ideas anybody?

We have changed our router and have connected everything in the house but have been unable to get back on line. Any help would be appreciated??

Changed to a newer iPhone now the app does not work, no cctv what’s so ever n my installer wants to charge me to fix this, it’s just a phone upgrade for goodness sake, someone help me sort this out ffs,

Have been using SuperLive for about 8 years mostly for real time viewing of our winter home in Thailand. We had a major problem at one time with 'device offline' messages. No help from anyone but finally resolved using a mechanical timer to reboot our cctv control box once a day. I recall in the early days playback was messy but it didn't really matter to me then. However, I recently needed to review something and when going into playback mode I repeatedly got the 'no data' message. Real time viewing still okay. I have searched all over and could not find find anything indicting this developer wants any real contact with pesky customers. Lots of apps going this way. So, that's where I am at, still using real-time **** but with no instruction manual *** and no playback it has to be *. All very sad, just wish I could pay a modest amount for something that really works 100%. I do wish the developer would find time to respond to the more sensible reviews on here. I get that more often than not problems relate to cameras, wiring, control boxes which this app obviously has no control over. Maybe my 'no data' issue has nothing to do with the app. If so, I would like to be told that and given a few pointers.

The app is extremely low - sometimes the system connects and other times it doesn’t: despite a very strong Internet connection
