Im whose in holydays Lanzarote im give some little problems the scooter Sometimes just stuck no move! It’s cool but if u can get taxi take taxi it’s much cheaper sometimes just hard to get ! Scooters are round the place !

Pros: Very accessible Can end ride basically anywhere Zippy and can get you from A to B quickly Cons: About 20% of the scooters I used are actually functional Still bills you even when the scooter has not brought you anywhere (happens a lot seeing as many of the scooters do not work) Support team seems non existent (can report an issue but it won’t go anywhere)

On their website they said when parking, you just have to make sure you are not blocking the road. Turns out it's not just that. You can only park at certain places but their app won't tell you where. You have to figure it out yourself. We had to park so far we could have just walked from the beginning or taken taxi for half the price. App is also very useless and impossible to actually end the journey. Terrible app and terrible service. We have used other electric scooter apps in Germany and Portugal and they were perfect. This is the only one available in south Tenerife, Spain. Will never recommend this.

I spent about 20 minutes trying to end my journeys in a designated parking area, Whilst my sum total continued to add up, I want a refund
