Waiting for 15 mins after baggage collect but service was great!
We took 1 private non stop van for 6 pax and driver help us arranging all the 11 big luggages & 4 cabin luggages. Always love Supershuttle eventhough we have to wait for them not they wait for us with signage of our name 😍 (hope so)
Excellent and kind driver
On 5 Jan 2018, 2am this driver pick me up from JFK due to snow storm my flight was cancelled and i have to go back to Hotel Millenium broadway. He was so kind, he help me bring my luggage all the way to the bus. 👍👍👍 i even give extra tips for him without asking. Too bad i dont know his name. Thanks a lot.

Easy to navigate the app. It found my location. It took a minute to find where to reset the location that I wanted.
Effortless
Great communication from driver for pick up location. Car was outstanding (Cadillac SUV). Safe driver. Just overall amazing. Would definitely use your service again!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I used to use them a lot but recently they have gotten terrible just today I scheduled to be picked up from the airport, my plane landed and I waited for 45 minutes with no word from my driver I eventually took an Uber home, they then called me 3 hours later saying they were on their way. I contacted support and they refuse to refund my 150$. Terrible service Terrible Company.

Super shuttle is a great way to get to the airport. Drivers are always friendly and vans are clean! Don’t mess with Uber or lift, go with airport drivers.
