App used to work but now I can’t log in, it wants me to agree to a privacy policy but says it can’t submit my answer and shows no restaurants available. Has this app shut down? Have tried on multiple devices.

I can never just place an order there is always some issue for which you have to contact customer service AFTER you have spent the time ordering for nothing. The most annoying app! Your mouth waters thinking about the food and then you can’t get it!!!!!! Grrr.

I thought the last app was great! This one is a step up.

Very bad IT work but as a service, it is great. The new app has terrible UX and clearly wasn’t tested well.

Deliveroo delivers from practically all of these restaurants and charges 1.49 for delivery whilst you charge 14.95. What’s the point of your service?

This is a solid option when you want to order from the high-end restaurants in London. Yes, it is more expensive than other apps, but they work with places that otherwise do not take delivery orders and the food arrives at the intended temperature for each dish.

First of all, the time you select for the food is a complete lie. The food won’t arrive at that time and not only will it not arrive, they won’t tell you. They have all of 5 restaurants near me and are very expensive and you don’t get anything more than it being pricey. Order form Deliveroo, you’ll be better off!!!

Cannot get past the ‘enter location’ section in set up?! Can’t even see the app yet… waste of time

Downloaded app to be shown a page saying location not available amd when I press enable nothing happens so can't see app in full just a black screen saying no location!! App not working
