Surf Watch

With every new update app become less and less functional. At first spot selection was broken, than tides prediction left the chat. Paddle counter and wave counter stoped working last month. And now The app endlessly recalculating my previous session and I can’t use it anymore. Developers totally burried their app. After last update - can’t start surf session. I press START button and nothing happens. Tried to reinstall the app- nothing helps.

I am clicking on select spot, then allow to use location and app closed after few seconds. Tried to reinstall it, anyway the same happened.

Tap and hold 1 second, but nothing happens

Every time I try to put a Hawaii location it says Australia. The water temperature says it’s 32 degrees F in Hawaii. After paying more then $30 bucks for this app it’s sad to see the water temperature does not work and it’s sad to see all locations are Australia? It’s also sad to see so many reviews that it does not work. Fix it or give me my money back.

So all the breaks say that they’re in AUS even tho my location settings are on for the app and my phone. Also the widgets are just black. UI is ok but could use some work. I bought the one time purchase and it’s pretty good for that hopefully they don’t revoke that in the future.

I used to love this app but it’s now broken so I’m giving this one star until it’s fixed. Myself and many others have apparently paid for a premium subscription and we’d appreciate some updates at the very least. You have numerous bad reviews for the past year stating it’s not working. Is anyone home?

I paid for the lifetime subscription but it was not working. Now that it is updated I cannot get it working or it does not acknowledge that I already purchased the subscription.

This app used to be the best and most accurate surfing app on Apple Watch. Now it will NOT find my location regardless of anything I do or try. Absolutely useless, what a shame too bc it was great.

I enjoyed the app until about 6 months ago. Since then, won't load up on my phone or my watch. I've been trying to find some form of support, but can't find it anywhere.

I paid for the full version. Was my go to surf app. Unfortunately no updates for a year and does not work with my new ultra watch. App crashes every time I open on phone. Not stoked!!!
