The vpn is extremely buggy the developers also don’t fix their bugs the connection sped is not the best therefore I have to connect to nearby countries only also sometimes the vpn can glitch which just causes the network(internet) to not work they have some nice features such as clean web which is nice Altough it doesn’t filter out every scam ads on it also take a lot of your connection

Constant connectivity issues. I have to pause vpn like 10 times a day because it just blocks traffic. What is worse is that it doesnt indicate traffic is blocked. It reaches their server and thats it. No connection further. If you use real time apps, that you should have updated (like price changes, local updates) then avoid it. Better use nord! It is not so hard to check traffic while vpn is on, surfshark just avoid doing so. They do have frequent updates but who needs vpn that blocks all traffic?!

It doesn’t work in Russia

It just doesn’t work. Manual installation doesn’t match to real interface and guidelines. Payed 100$ to have stable von that doesn’t work. Disappointing.
